Participant access

Private program links and access codes are intended only for registered participants and authorized organizational representatives. Do not publish, resell, or share private access credentials outside the intended program group. We may suspend or terminate access when credentials are misused or these terms are violated.

Individual participant accounts are personal and may not be shared. Learning progress, workbook responses, certificates, and resource activity may be associated with the authenticated participant. Administrators may revoke individual access when registration ends, materials are misused, or these terms are violated.

Intellectual property and protected materials

Unless otherwise stated, website content, curricula, lesson plans, workbooks, graphics, branding, and downloadable resources are proprietary and are owned by or licensed to Plan and Prosper LLC DBA Planning and Prospering. No ownership rights are transferred. Materials may not be copied, republished, modified, distributed, sold, uploaded to another platform, or used to create competing products without written permission.

Protected workbooks are licensed only to registered participants for their personal use during the applicable program. Access may expire and may be revoked if credentials or materials are shared outside the registered cohort.

Educational information

Site content is educational and does not constitute individualized financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, or accounting advice. Review the Financial Education Disclosures before using any information, calculator, or resource.

Purchases and external services

Some purchases, registrations, scheduling, newsletters, calculators, and learning platforms are provided through third-party websites.
